A 3-star campsite 50 metres from the beach, Merko-Lacarra offers holidaymakers a wide range of services and comfort services. Campers on pitches will find new, heated toilets with full individual bathrooms. Every day, fresh bread and pastries await you at the bar. You can also have a nice breakfast served on the terrace. Our bar-snack welcomes you all day long until 10pm to share a cold drink, ice cream, pancakes, chips or Basque sausages. To meet all your needs, many leisure and comfort facilities are available for loan or rental at the reception.

  • Our sanitary new and heated out of season with bathrooms (shower+washbasin), individual cabins, showers, sinks, toilets, closed crockery area, hot water at each installation and accessible to all. We lend hair dryers (according to the sanitary measures in force).

The hut to donate

You are on holliday on a territory labelled zero waste by the ministry of the environment.

As such, the Household Waste Treatment Syndicate and local actors, including the campsite where you live, offer you “the hut to donate”.

It will allow us to reduce the production of waste by favoring reuse by donation.

This hut allows to give and/or take FREE objects rather than to throw them while they can still serve (according to the sanitary measures in force):

  • DONATE what you no longer need, which works, which is in good condition and which is not bulky; by arranging it pleasantly…
  • TAKE what you want even if you have not deposited anything, in a delicate way

YES: umbrella, charcoal rest, books, magazines, CDs, games, rackets, petanque balls, boards …

NO: broken appliances, food scraps, bulky objects …
