The celebration begins on Saturday morning with a three-hour gourmet hike. In the afternoon, we head to the workshops where the Basque cake is made. On the arts side, traditional Basque music groups will rock you during your walks in the exhibitions of artists and craftsmen. But the most grandiose event is the music parade of the brotherhoods and the competition for the best Basque cake, not to mention the displays of Basque products that have been awarded the label.
